The average adland gender pay gap was reported to have been 12.6% during the 2022-23 period, based on the UK Government’s annual report. In stark contrast, Velo stands out with a significantly lower gender pay gap of 3.3%, demonstrating our efforts to ensure fair pay based on ability, responsibility and experience. While our performance is better than most in the industry, we acknowledge that more work remains to be done.
