As MD, he is responsible for making Velo a place where the best people want to work so we always deliver for our clients. Founded Velo in his spare bedroom – thank goodness we’re no longer based there.
Matt Scutt
Executive Creative Director
Matt is our Executive Creative Director, delivering intelligent, creative strategy, brand identity, and creative direction across the whole studio. He has an immense passion for composing music and shooting award-winning photography.
Lottie O’Donoghue
Strategy Director
Lottie leads the agency’s teams for new business clients across brand strategy projects through to websites and campaign activation. She also owns Velo’s own marketing, too. A big fan of coffee and running, Lottie is also at an elite level in netball.

Sara is our company wordsmith. She makes sure everything we do for our clients tells a story that engages the right audience. Sara once ran the London Marathon dressed as Wonder Woman.

Mark leads our performance marketing team spanning campaign planning, creative, activation and reporting. What he doesn’t know about MarTech is not worth knowing. You’ll find him working in the family pizza restaurant on the weekend too.
